Amy Minell is a compassionate Clinical Mental Health Fellow with four years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through life’s challenges. She has worked across in-home, school-based, and outpatient settings, providing care to clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.

Amy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques to help clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop distress tolerance. She is especially passionate about empowering clients to build resilience and create meaningful change through self-awareness and growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Known for her warm and empathetic style, Amy creates a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported, respected, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.
